STANDBY EVENTS

Other than answering medical calls, Morris Minute Men is involved with many community events such as high school football games, July 4th Family Day, community fairs, carnivals, 5K and half-marathon races where we standby in case of emergencies.

We typically only accept requests for events which take place in Morris Plains or Morris Township, New Jersey.

If an emergency should arise elsewhere while we are covering your event, we may be forced to leave your event to respond. We will return to your event as soon as possible.

While we charge no fees for this service, we are grateful for any donations to help support our Organization.

We can only accept requests from persons whose physical residence is either in Morris Plains or Morris Township, New Jersey.

We can provide transportation home from the hospital for residents who are unable to walk. At this time we are unable to provide transportation to/from physician offices. Due to staffing constraints, we can only accommodate requests for transportation in advance between the hours of 6:30pm to 9pm on weekdays and 10am to 5pm on weekends.

If an emergency arises, we may be forced to delay your transportation without prior notice.
